• How do I know what package to select?

    o you clean here and there and keep up with the dust? You would fall under the Express Service. Haven’t picked up a mop or rag in a while? You would need the Premium Service.
  • How many cleaners will you send per job?

    ost cleaning appointments will require one cleaner. Larger jobs requiring 2 or 3 housekeepers will be billed at 2 or 3 times the hourly rate but will be cleaned in half or one third of the time respectively
  • Is Rubber Duck Cleaning Company pet-friendly?

    e are! Just let Rubber Duck know if you have pets at home so we know what to expect. If you have aggressive animals, please make sure they are in a secured area.
  • Do I have to be home while you clean?

    o, you do not have to be home. We will arrange with you 24 hours before our arrival on how to access your home. Additionally, we will send you a text/email notification fifteen minutes before arrival and after departure.
  • What is your cancellation policy?

    e get it - things happen. We ask for a 24-hour cancellation notice before appointments with no penalty. Should it be within 24 hours of the appointment, a $50 penalty fee will be charged.
  • What forms of payment does Rubber Duck accept?

    e accept credit cards and cash as payment. For credit cards, we bill after the appointment is complete and for cash, please present before departure.
  • Are there discounts for recurring customers?

  • What if something accidentally gets broken or damaged?

    e are bonded and insured for both our staff and work sites, so you and your belongings are in safe hands.
  • What happens if I do not have cleaning supplies available?

    e prefer that our customers furnish all cleaning supplies and equipment. Due to wide variation in customer preferences for cleaning supplies, Rubber Duck Cleaning Company no longer provides cleaning supplies or equipment.
